TeamThe core of Invalda team is represented by a number of professionals with an excessive experience in capital, capital management, finance and other areas. The team members have a diversified experience in managing different businesses both by directly managing them, or being part of the Boards or Supervisory Boards of companies controlled by Invalda. The experience in general is of regional character (activities in the Baltic States, Poland, other States of the central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavian States), as well as sector-specific (financial, pharmaceuticals, road building, production and other sectors). This experience has been accumulated through the activities of managing, acquisition, developing, merging, splitting, disposing business, or incorporating new businesses from their very inception.
Vytautas Bucas is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK) since 2002. After graduation from his studies at Vilnius University for a period he worked at the audit firm Arthur Andersen, where, having started from an auditor assistant grew to the position of the Chief auditor. Later on in SEB Bank was managing the Finance and IT departments, was holding the position of the Deputy President, and a Member of the Board of the Bank. In the course of the several past years was a member of the Board of companies operating in the finance and real estate sector, also the pharmaceuticals company Sanitas, currently - member of the Board of Inreal Pastatu Prieziura, BAIP Group and Litagra UAB Chairman of the Board of Vilniaus Baldai, Invaldos Nekilnojamojo Turto Fondas and Invalda which he joined in 2006.
Darius Sulnis acquired his Master's degree in accounting and audit at Vilnius University. Darius Sulnis has accumulated more than fifteen years experience in incorporating and managing businesses leading in their respective sectors, implementing different mergers and acquisitions (privatisation, taking over and acquisition of minority interest, incorporation and hostile take-overs), by attracting investment and cooperating with other strategic and financial investors. Darius Sulnis has for eight years managed the financial brokerage firm Finasta, for four years - a real estate company Inreal Valdymas and for six years - investment company Invalda, furthermore, Darius Sulnis has been a member of Boards and Supervisory Boards of a number of Polish, Latvian and Lithuanian companies.
Dalius Kaziunas holds a Master's degree in economics, graduate of Vilnius University. Dalius Kaziunas has for more than 10 years worked at the financial brokerage firm Finasta, of which was its General Manager for six years. In 2008-2009 he was General Manager and Chairman of the Board of the Bank Finasta. For the past four years Dalius Kaziunas has been working as an advisor for Invalda, and is a Member of its Board, as well as Member of the Boards of Ineturas, Ireal Pastatu Prieziura, Vilniaus Baldai, Kelio Zenklai, BAIP Group, Jurita, Tiltra Group, Litagra UAB. Moreover, Dalius Kaziunas is a Chairman of the Board at Lauko Gelininkystes Bandymu Stotis UAB.
Vytautas Plunksnis Graduated the studies in economics at Kaunas University of Technology in 2000, and started working as a financial analyst at the financial brokerage firm Jusu Tarpininkas. Couple of years later Vytautas Plunksnis opted for business journalism (in 2002 - 2005 worked in news agencies Baltic News Service and ELTA), however, subsequently again returned to the finance sector. Starting with the beginning of 2006, for nearly four years worked as an analysis and fund manager at Finasta, and since 2009 Vytautas Plunksnis is a fund manager at Invalda. Vytautas Plunksnis is a member of the Board of the Association of Investors.
Petras Kudaras Petras Kudaras has gained a Masters degree in Finance at Vilnius University Economics Faculty in 2006 and has been working in financial markets since 2004 when he became employed as a financial analyst at the brokerage company Finasta. In 2005 he started to work as a fund manager in Finasta Investment Management and up to 2010 he was responsible for investing pension and investment funds in Central and Eastern European equity markets (size of the co-managed portfolio of 100-150 mLTL). For two years he has co-managed a closed-end Icelandic investment company Aurora Holding portfolio and in 2010-2011 he became Chief Investment Officer of bank Finasta, where he was responsible for Finasta treasury and proprietary investments into fixed income securities. In December 2011 he has joined Invalda team.
Andrius Dauksas Andrius Dauksas obtained his Master's degree in banking at the Faculty of Economics of Vilnius University. Andrius Dauksas joined the team of Invalda in March 2010. Prior to joining Invalda Andrius Dauksas for four years worked as an accountant at a financial brokerage firm Finasta, and for the past two years - Director of the Treasury Department of Finasta. Andrius Dauksas has accumulated valuable experience in the areas of cash flow management, finance planning, management accounting, money and securities market transactions.
