Invalda is one of the major Lithuanian investment companies whose primary objective is to steadily increase the investor equity value. For the purpose of attainment of this objective Invalda actively manages its investments, exercising control or significant influence over target businesses.

Invalda started its activities in 1991. Its equities have been traded on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius exchange since 1995.

It is our fundamental view that the management of Invalda works for the benefit of its shareholders whose interests are our top priority.

Irrespective of whether you are only considering an investment into Invalda, or you are a regular shareholder of the company, this Section has been conceived to provide to you the necessary information that will enable you to take decisions having examined all publicly available information.

One of the fundamental principles underlying our activity is transparency. We disclose information to a maximum extent, however, in adherence to the requirement that information may not be disclosed only in the cases where publication of the information is precluded in view of obligations assumed in respect of third parties, and/or may adversely affect the Group’s or business ability to compete.
