Proposals concerning existing businesses

We are open to ideas on possible improvements to existing businesses in terms of cost reduction, maximising development potentials. Therefore we will be welcoming any proposals concerning an acquisition of assets suitable to our current businesses.

Also any ideas concerning the sale, merging or other transactions in relation to the assets or businesses currently owned by us are welcome.

Please note that ordinarily Invalda does not take any executive decisions in companies managed by it, this being the prerogative of the management of such companies.
