Your offers for new businesses

Invalda is one of the largest investment companies in Lithuania. We are constantly on the search of new opportunities, therefore your ideas as to new businesses, shares or other assets for acquisition are welcome at any time.

We seek to acquire new competitive businesses that, being allocated additional capital and management resources may continue to successfully develop organically, consolidate fragmented markets or open new possibilities to grow in value.

We also invest into undervalued assets that, subject to their restructuring, may be materially appreciated.

We do not avoid any more complex businesses as we are confident - our concentrated efforts may lead to value creation.

Although normally we invest into developed businesses with certain history of activity, we have also implemented some business start-up transactions. However, those intending to offer such ideas will be expected to have experience in business management or its successful development.

We have not defined any minimum amount of investment; however, it is our objective that the transactions to which Invalda directs its efforts, the investment or business have potential to become material. We, nevertheless, do not rule out any transactions smaller in scale, as we are assured that even in this case quick and efficient decisions may yield good results.
